Established in 2018, Olmstead Properties began as a solo venture rooted in JT’s passion for real estate and freedom. Our company started off by finding its footing in Arizona, laying a strong foundation by buying and selling rural vacant land across the state.
As 2020 came around the business in Arizona continued to grow and we started to expand. The first significant expansion led us to Georgia, where we mirrored the successes achieved in our home state. Today, our footprint extends across more than a dozen states, with a particular emphasis on Arizona and Georgia.
At Olmstead Properties, we take pride in our specialized approach to sourcing opportunities. Our forte lies in direct mail marketing, enabling us to efficiently identify and secure promising properties. This unique strategy has allowed us to consistently double our size nearly every year since our establishment, testifying to our solid reputation and the trust our clients place in us.
